Texas Western Swing Hall of Fame Weekend
Western Swing and Traditional Country music and dancing at the Town Square.
This is a free event, sponsored by the Lockhart Chamber of Commerce.
So go eat some BBQ and listen to some great Texas swing.
Saturday the Festival moves into downtown Lockhart with nine stages in action including the Courthouse Stage, Kreuz Market Stage, Black’s BBQ Stage, Smitty’s Market Stage, the Gaslight Baker Theater, the Connection Center, the Cara Cara Brewery stage, the Family Stage, and the PEARL stage.
Music starts at 9:30AM Saturday morning and ends at 10:30 pm Saturday evening.

- Al Dressen’s Super Swing Revue
- Billy Mata and the Texas Tradition
- Hillary Klug
- The Lake Travis Fiddlers
- Tony Harrison Band
- Sophia Johnson Band
- Erik Hokkanen, the Rollfast Ramblers
- Big Cedar Fever, the Hot Texas Swing Band
- Roy West and the Western Swing Gospel Band
- Hall of Fame Band
Saturday evening ends with the Official Festival Dance held at the Courthouse Stage with a wooden dance floor.
Music is by Bob Wills Texas Playboys under the Musical Direction of Jason Roberts. All of the Saturday performances are free to the public including Saturday nights Festival Dance.
Saturday’s activities are located fairly close together, walking distance for many, or you can move your car to another location where there is generally plenty of parking. For those who would like to be transported, we’ll have two four passenger golf carts running between venues from 10AM til 6PM to give a lift in the Courthouse area. We will also have an eight passenger van taking folks to Kreuz and picking them up from Kreuz if needed.
