STORAGE

 

1. Shipping

All Kreuz Market barbecue is fully cooked, vacuum sealed, and insulated in a container with dry ice to ensure freshness and quality. Depending on the time of year and shipping destination, barbecue may arrive partially frozen to fully thawed.

2. Product Care

Your barbecue can be stored frozen and vacuum sealed for up to 3 months. Once thawed, it’s best consumed within 3 days. We recommend thawing in the refrigerator rather than at room temperature.

 
 

PREPARATION

 

BEEF & PORK

1. Thaw It

If not already thawed, place your meat in the refrigerator to thaw overnight.

2. Prep It

Preheat the oven to 300° F. Place thawed meat in a large roasting pan with ¼ cup of water. Cover pan with foil.

3. Heat It

Place pan on middle rack. Bake for 45-60 minutes until hot & tender.

SAUSAGE

1. Thaw It

If not already thawed, place your sausages in the refrigerator to thaw overnight.

2. Prep It

Preheat the oven to 275° F. Place thawed sausages on a baking sheet.

3. Heat It

Place sheet on middle rack. Bake for 10-20 minutes until warmed through.

Turkey Breast

1. Thaw It

If not already thawed, place your meat in the refrigerator to thaw overnight.

2. Prep It

Preheat the oven to 300° F. Place thawed meat in a large roasting pan with ⅓ cup of water. Cover pan with foil.

3. Heat It

Cover pan with foil and bake for 20 minutes until hot & tender.

Whole Turkey

1. Thaw It

If not already thawed, place your meat in the refrigerator to thaw overnight.

2. Prep It

Preheat the oven to 300°F. Place thawed Kreuz Market turkey on a baking sheet with 1 cup of water.

3. Heat It

Cover pan with foil and bake for 45-65 minutes until hot & tender.
